 Typically this is a basic stainless sink that we put in, the jewel sinks.  It's got a mixed tap and standard and again, this is pretty much what you'd expect out of a kitchen from Concept Steel.  One of the features in our jobs is the soft close drawers which are standard.  It just basically means when you open the drawer and shut it, it gets to a point and nicely closes it softer which is much nicer to use pretty much with all the drawers, it's the same thing, they all shut like that.
 This is our standard oven, standard cook top and range hood, typical to all of our jobs as our standard item.  However, you can also pick whatever you like to go in it which we essentially tell you how much each item costs and if you'd like to get your own items, then you're more than welcome to have your own items put in and we just work out the difference in the cost.

Carl: So, how was that like, have they met your needs as far as special purposes are concerned?
Ray: I [inaudible 00:00:54] with Nick and we came through an agreement what I wanted and special things as you do need -- like you have your own toilet, it was nice to have in your bedroom, a big slab for your access so you could access the wheelchair and things like that.  Everything had to be easy and hands-on to touch things that was handy.  I've got handrails put in just to make it easier that way.
Carl: And so how easy did they sort of worked through that whole process of your own special needs?
Ray: Very good, very good indeed.  They come and we talked about it and they made suggestions and I said what I wanted to do and they said, "Yeah, we can do that.  That's not a problem."
Carl: Okay.  And then once they said they could do it, what was the process then like?  Did they meet all of your expectations?
Ray: Yes.  Now I'm very, very, very pleased indeed with it, yes.
Carl: So if I were to ask Granny Flats Perth to do a job for me, would you recommend them?
Ray: Yes, I would.

And with this one just like a slab, and im just out here today to do some curing of the slab which is basically to spray water on it, to stop drawing on too quick because what can happen with concrete is basically it can dry it too quick in the sun and you can get cracking on the slab and a simple way of fixing this is to  spray water on it regularly for a few days  until its basically cured the other thing that I'd like to show you  while I'm here to have a look at it here is just the most important building rule the reason building is to make sure the polimembrane goes under the slab,  this is basic to stop moisture rising up through the floor, which oversee causes health issues due to mold and mildue growing under your floor, and then you put down and then the spores coming in to the air and basically causing you to be sick. So that's a really important rule for not letting moisture come into a building is basic to have the polimembrane which is a 200 micron c minimum i'll just show you that here basically nice plastic that i'm talking about, that all goes under the slab there.

I'm Nick from Concept Steel Constructions and am at this time with another job in Ardros.  This job is really a foam panel building and we're on the stage of basically putting the windows and doors in and easily getting the outside completed.  Basically, the best attributes of foam panel is it's very energy-efficient, actually 15 times considerably better than double-brick, which is certainly just quite brilliant.
               It's essentially far less wasted floor area as well.  Double brick is 230 mill and the foam panel is just 100 mill.  So this basically equates say on 140 square meter layout, you gain an extra 3x3 meter bedroom that is just literally further, have all taken up more room as you measure it across the perimeter.
               Another advantage is it's way quicker.  It goes up at least in half some time of what double brick does.  There's less deals needed.  Carpenters mostly close the full work up.  Is not for you need [inaudible 0:01:07] flushes, plasters, all those different types of things and also in winter there is not any damage for the rain because basically the product is rated to go outside.  Is actually color bond essentially and polystyrene and it doesn't have any problem with water heading out on it, same goes with washing the walls off.  It is quite easy to clean off if you got your little T roller that is designed to roll everywhere on the walls.  You'll be able to just wash it off straight off the walls.
               We're by use of this foam panel basically as a more affordable version as it is which is just where the joints are still visible, however we also offer with the joints filled and house painted inside and out with a render finish on the outside or the house paint on the inside so that it just looks like a traditional build.


               Yeah, that is actually on the whole it.  There is a heap of benefits to this product.  That's the main ones but I'll actually point out some other advantages as we do supplementary video on it.
