Nick: Hi, I'm Nick from Concept Steel Constructions, just inside the job we were just previously at the front. You'll have to mind the echo because we've got no furniture in here as yet, so, one of the things with double-bricked is it does tend to echo until you get the furniture in, so just bear with us.
This is a typical kitchen that we would install. It is post-formed tops and vinyl rep doors, [inaudible 0:00:34] is our cabinet maker as you've probably seen on previous videos. Typically, this is the sort of thing you get. He does a three-day model pictures of the job to give you an idea of what it looks like.
Before we build, you get to pick your laminates and your colors and everything before we install the job obviously.
Typically this is a basic stainless sink that we put in, the jewel sinks. It's got a mixed tap and standard and again, this is pretty much what you'd expect out of a kitchen from Concept Steel. One of the features in our jobs is the soft close drawers which are standard. It just basically means when you open the drawer and shut it, it gets to a point and nicely closes it softer which is much nicer to use pretty much with all the drawers, it's the same thing, they all shut like that.
This is our standard oven, standard cook top and range hood, typical to all of our jobs as our standard item. However, you can also pick whatever you like to go in it which we essentially tell you how much each item costs and if you'd like to get your own items, then you're more than welcome to have your own items put in and we just work out the difference in the cost.
What I'll do I'll just walk over here and we'll check out the bedrooms. This one as I said has two bedrooms. We'll go over and have a look at that.
