This job was custom designed to suit the needs and it's essentially a big room or games room with an office at the other end and the whole thing was limited space to fit in really close to the house in the room that was available. And we've just basically flashed it, waterproofed it to the house so they can park the car and get in through without getting wet and it's basically steel framed, another wood grain HardiPlank, non-steel frame built to the Australian standards.
