She states how the building process works with us. She tackles how important it was to get her involve in building her granny flat designs. She tells how they will take the time to make sure that you understand every step of the granny flat construction. She is pleased on how the team knew what they are doing and the job constantly monitored by the building supervisor.
Annie: Hi. I'm Annie McCormick and this is?
Nick: Nick.
Annie: Nick. Nick is the one here that I saw to build this granny flat and he was fantastic. He did all the details and got it all running for me. Then we had Eric, Eric came along. Well, he's a fabulous little bloke. He fills all your paperwork and he will not leave you until you mentally intake everything he wants to tell you. He will not leave you. And if you need to create anything, he's there on call for you to help you.
Then you have Liam. Well, Liam is just a treasure. He comes along here and he says, "Annie, if you're not happy, you call me," which he did and he comes through. But the workers we've had here working on this, they know what they're doing. So, if you stand back and let them go with it -- because they actually know what you're doing. You're just getting in their way so just stay away and let them do it and it's really fabulous and then Liam comes along to check them everyday.
